1 Nature of Service

M\. Store is an independent freelance digital service provider operating in India. Services are provided by an individual freelancer and are not associated with any company, firm, or corporation.

• All services are offered on a freelance basis under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• M\. Store is not a registered technology company and operates as an independent service provider.
• Services are offered to clients primarily based in India and may extend to international clients at the discretion of the freelancer.

2 Scope of Services

The following services are offered under M\. Store:

• Degree / Basic Resume Websites
• Professional Resume Websites
• Job Level / Executive Resume Websites
• Creative & Professional Portfolio Websites
• Business Landing Pages
• Subdomain / Hosting Services (6-month terms)

All services are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, email, or other agreed digital channels. No physical delivery of any product is made.

3 Payment Policy

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before work begins, as agreed upon between the client and service provider.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as mutually agreed.
• Pricing is as listed on the store page. Custom projects are priced individually after discussion.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

4 Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery is within 4 Business Days of receiving all required details from the client.
• Delivery timelines may extend in cases of incomplete information, complex requirements, or high order volume.
• The client will be notified if delivery is expected to be delayed.
• Work is delivered digitally — as a live link, downloadable files, or shared via agreed-upon platform.

5 Review & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality work. Please review the following carefully:

• Upon delivery, the client must review the delivered work within 7 calendar days.
• Any concerns, issues, or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• After 7 days of delivery, no refund claims will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of the service provider based on genuine service failures.
• Refunds are not applicable if the client has simply changed their mind, provided incorrect details, or delayed communication beyond the 7-day review window.

6 Revision Policy

• Each service package includes 1–2 free revisions, which must be requested within the 7-day review period.
• A revision refers to minor changes: text updates, color changes, section rearrangements, or small additions.
• A revision does not include a complete redesign, change of template, or adding major new sections — such requests will be treated as a new order.
• Revisions requested after the 7-day window may be subject to additional charges.

7 Hosting & Domain Policy

• M\. Store may offer subdomain hosting (e.g., yourname.subdm.site) for a fixed 6-month period as a paid add-on service.
• Unless explicitly agreed and paid for, hosting and domain registration are not included in the standard service packages.
• The client is responsible for managing their own domain, hosting, or deployment after receiving the delivered files.
• M\. Store is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or expiry related to third-party hosting or domain providers used by the client.
• Subdomain hosting offered by M\. Store is renewed only upon fresh payment. Lapsed hosting will result in the subdomain going offline.

8 Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered website for personal or business purposes.
• The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim original authorship of the delivered work's underlying design framework.
• M\. Store retains the right to display the delivered work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

9 Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide accurate, lawful, and non-infringing content for use on their website.
• M\. Store is not liable for any legal issues arising from content provided by the client — including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, or illegal content.
• The client is solely responsible for the information published on their website.

10 Limitation of Liability

• M\. Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered website.
• Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

11 Privacy & Data

• Client information shared for the purpose of website creation (name, photo, contact, etc.) will only be used to deliver the requested service.
• Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above, in compliance with India's Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

12 Modifications to Terms

M\. Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Always review the latest version before placing an order.
